Mixed-Use Commercial Complex
Express Highway Inn
Where the Highway Meets Hospitality
Express Highway Inn is a 24-hour hospitality complex designed for the Dhaka–Chittagong corridor — the busiest highway in Bangladesh. The project answers a simple question: why should a journey stop feel temporary?
The building opens itself entirely to the road through a full-height glass facade, an open forecourt, and interiors that remain visible from a distance. It announces itself confidently, without trying too hard.
A Stop That Feels Like a Destination
The ground floor is designed for high movement and easy accessibility. It includes a large-format restaurant, VIP dining areas, and a retail mart — serving both quick-stop visitors and guests looking for a more comfortable break during their journey.
The first floor steps back into quieter territory, offering suites, a lounge, gym, salon and spa, and meeting rooms for those who need to stay longer than a meal.
Design Essence
Express Highway Inn is not just a roadside commercial building; it is a hospitality landmark for one of the most active transport routes in Bangladesh. It combines visibility, comfort, and function into a single destination — built for travelers, families, professionals, and highway commuters.
